Objective
Company Olymptoy distributing a successful children's toy - wooden figure called Woody - decided to support the sale by community portal, which was used for tightening the contact with customers, it means children and their parents.
Solution
The project was built on our standard solution Defactory Community Portal, which offers a different set of functionalities for developing and supporting online communities.
Website's graphic design was in the children's way, it means very colorful and playful, full of various graphical illustrations of Woody figure and his friends.
Portal's functionalities include articles, presenting many unique and multimedia content for children. Visitors can register on the portal and then use the forums, polls or compete for valuable prizes through a universal competition.
Functionality of banners is also helpful, because it enables easy management of banners available on the community portal.
Result
Community portal Woody Fanclub allows the creation of an online community of satisfied and potential new customers, which maintains and improves the contact with customers and expanding their number.
